Crepaco Freezers

WCB Ice Cream offers control upgrades designed for K and W series freezers that provide the latest "state-of-the-art" PLC control.

Electric pump drive kits are available to replace the hydraulic mix and ice cream pump drives with electric gearmotors with variable frequency inverters to greatly improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs of the hydraulic pump drives. 

Refrigeration BPV upgrade kits are offered to improve viscosity control. This upgrade includes an electronic module that interface directly with PLC analog output.

Fully CIPable Waukesha metal lobe pumps are available to replace the FAR rubber lobe pump supplied on K, W and WS freezers.
