Large Inclusions (LIFE)  

Large Inclusion Former Extruder:

•	Large inclusions can now be added to sticked and stickless extruded products.

The LIFE System will handle candy, nuts, cookies, wafers, brownies, cookie dough, fruits, virtually ANYTHING that an ingredient feeder can incorporate into the ice cream.  

 The WCB Ice Cream LIFE system adds a new concept to extruded products. The addition of large inclusions into extruded ice cream products (sticked or stickless) is now possible with WCB Ice Cream´s LIFE system.

 The LIFE system allows ice cream manufacturers to increase the demand for extruded ice cream products by providing inovative new products.

Any large ingredient particulates that can be fed through an ingredient feeder can now be added to extruded products. The inclusion integrity is kept intact, and the finished extruded product will have the same size inclusion that was incorporated by the ingredient feeder.

 The LIFE system is a patented process, utilizing a roll-up device that is adaptable to any make of extrusion system. Customers now have the ability to roll the LIFE system into place when sales requirements call for large particulate products.

Capacity:  

 

•	The LIFE system can run sticked products up to 150 products per minute.
•	Stickless products can be run at similar capacities, depending on downstream capabilities of existing product handling systems.
