The Versaline Automatic Stick Novelty System is designed for a wide variety of stick novelties with capacities from 7,000 to 40,000 products per hour.

 

Brine distribution is provided by the patented Cascade Freezing System for more efficient freezing, higher speed and easy maintenance.

 

The new mold rinsing/washing system features improved sanitation, more efficient water usage and independently controllable, continuous or intermittent frequencies.

Cascade Freezing System

 

Efficient heat exchange is the key to freezing and defrosting.  

 

WCB Ice Cream offers unique, patented Cascade Brine and Defrost systems. When freezing, cold brine is applied at the top of the mold, where the product is the thickest, and brine then flows down its exterior.

 

This function is both fast and uniform, resulting in a freezing rate increase of up to 35 percent. The Cascade Defrost system is more efficient than spray defrost or dip pot systems, permitting "drier" extraction through lower, energy saving, defrost temperatures. 

 

Molds are transported straight through the Cascade Freezing and Defrost systems, thus eliminating the need for gradual entry and exit.

 

Resistance to forward motion and mold buoyancy, caused by upward brine circulating pressure, are eliminated with the Cascade principle and less driving force is required.
